What is the EU’s proposal about GI’s in TTIP negotiations

What was the European Union’s proposal for legal text on “Agriculture” in TTIP about the GI’s for foodstuffs and wines
“The Parties shall cooperate in matters related to geographical indications in line with the provisions of Section 3 (Articles 22-24) of the TRIPS Agreement, without prejudice to the relevant provisions laid down in the Intellectual Property Chapter of this Agreement. The Parties reaffirm the importance of origin-linked products and geographical indications for sustainable agriculture and rural development, and, in particular, for small and medium-sized enterprises.”

Wine under Gi’s : “The EU considers that the 17 names covered by the provision of Article 6 of the Agreement and listed in Annex II of the Agreement are all well recognised wine names of EU origin for which the TTIP agreement must recognise exclusive protection on the U.S. territory.”
